Mark was born and raised in Bluffton. He worked in a local agribusiness for over four years before joining HRC. Mark became a partner in the firm in May 1989. Because of his interest in agriculture, Mark works closely with the firm's ag clients, which consist of farmers and agribusinesses.
Mark and his wife, Barb, live in the Bluffton area. Their children are Seth (married to Jodi Beer), Sarah (married to Klint Fliechter), and Leah (married to Ross Feller). They also have eight grandsons and three granddaughters.
